There is no source of sickness, only a source of wellness which you allow or resist

“If there is no source of illness, why are there so many sick people? It is because they have found lots of excuses to hold themselves in vibrational discord with wellness. They are not letting it in. And when they don’t let it in, the absence of it looks like sickness.”

What about my issue, how do I clean up my vibration regarding that?

“Do you have to change your vibration on a particular subject in order to let it in?” No, you don’t. You could pet your pet and let it in. You could sit with your feet dangling in the bay, and let it in. If it is a subject that you often think of in an attitude of resistance, it is really worthwhile reaching for some thoughts that feel better. You could launch an intention and never think about it again, and the Universe would yield it to you. You don’t have to clean up your vibration relative to anything, if you can just not think about it any more. That’s why we teach meditation. It’s easier to teach you to have no thought than to have pure positive thought. When you quiet your mind you stop thought; when you stop thought you stop resistance; when you stop resistance—then you are in a state of allowing”

How to allow ultimate thriving for your body

“While it is obvious that a good-feeling body makes for a more pleasant physical experience, we want you to understand that finding pleasant things to focus upon also makes for a good-feeling body.

Most people who are experiencing physical ailments let their physical condition dictate their mental attitude. In other words, their emotions are responsive to their physical condition. When they are in pain, they offer emotions of frustration, worry, anger, or fear. They want the condition to improve so that their emotional state can improve.

Any illness, or departure from physical well-being, begins at a cellular level—but the overwhelming propensity of your cells is that of thriving. All day, every day, your cells are reclaiming balance at such refined and subtle levels that most people are completely unaware of the power and intelligence of their cellular bodies.

Focusing upon good-feeling objects of attention is the most effective way of providing the optimum environment for allowing unhindered cellular communication and the ultimate thriving of your physical body.”

How to have a healthy, vital thriving body (which is what is natural)

It is not about what you eat or what you do – it is about how you feel! How do you feel about your body? When you feel ok about where you are, when you like your body and appreciate it for lots of different reasons that you can find right now – thats when you feel good, thats when you are allowing. You cannot look at something you do not want, talk about it or take action against it without activating the unwanted more and getting more of it. Give up your struggle against and start looking for things that you do like about yourself and your body and let that positive true appreciation be your dominant point of attention.

There are many people who eat the same things but get totally different results, who do the same type of actions but get totally different results. There are people thriving in their beautiful bodies eating lots of things you might deem unhealthy – it is not about what you eat. It is not about what you do. It is about what you believe and how you feel.

If you argue that, lets say carbs or sugar, certain foods are unhealthy – and you eat them anyway- you will get negative results. But, if you belive those foods are unhealthy so you eat other things instead – you still have resistace in your body because you cannot condem anything and thrive! Regardless if you eat it or not, take the action or not – you have to work on your beliefs. Find relief, go general.

I would like to end this with something wonderful Abraham Hicks once said; The question was “how damaging are tobacco and alcohol to our bodies?” And the answer was; On a scale of 1 to 100 where 100 being really bad and 1 being inconsequential to our health we would say alcohol, or tobacco – either one – would be about a 5. And guilt or any negative emotion would be about 99.

Make peace with your food, revel and take delight in what you eat and it will benefit you. Make peace with your body as it is – appreciate parts you like and relax, knowing that your body consists of billions of intelligent cells all capable of thriving at all times unless you get in their way with your resistant thoughts. That is it. Utter health on all aspects is what is natural to you – experincing anything less than a healthy thriving vital body is just your resistance showing up in all kinds of manifestational indicators of your vibration since you didnt listen to and care to improve the first indicator; your emotions – which you can do something about. Now.

Nothing is more important than that you feel good.

If you allow you will be in perfect health, experiencing utter well-being – that is what is natural

like those 2-year olds, who just can’t get enough of this wonderful stuff called physical life. You would feel the vitality that would carry you through all the days of your
experience, compounding more in every day, because everything
that you see, and every desire that is therefore born within you, causes a conclusion that summons the Life Force that is the eternal fuel.”

Your path of power and abundance

“Most rarely align with their true power, because it seems illogical to them that there is power in relaxation, in letting go, or in love or joy or bliss. Most people do not understand that their true power lies in releasing resistance—which is the only obstacle to their true power.”

Look for love – in all the right places!

Your source loves and adores you ALL THE TIME! No matter what you do – source only sees the best magnificent brilliant beautiful clear confident part of you! When you feel anything other that magnificently good – you are way off the vibration of love and out of alignment. You cannot feel love from out of alignment. When you feel the delicious feeling of love you are aligned and you are tuned in to the frequency of your source.

Never ask someone else to give attention to you, to love you and behave in certain ways in order for you to feel good – that is conditional love which is out of alignment. Love because it feels good to love, look for excuses to love all over the place and know that your source loves you unconditionally – always and for ever. Source never stops loving and adoring you – who YOU really are is one who loves.

Diablo III is here!!!

I am so loving the fact that I have got the game Diablo III today! I am right now installing it on my computer, a new computer that I bought just so that I could play Diablo III.

It is going to be sooooo much fun playing this deliciously wonderful game! I am so going to enjoy it! I love it!

Even in the darkest of moments there is hope

When you feel really low, when everything feels awful and you just want to die because you feel so off; remember that no matter how awful it feels it is nothing but a moment of out of alignment. And that is painful. But you will get back into alignment again, sooner or later. Just stop being upset with yourself for having an out of alignment moment. It is ok. It is perfect. It is allright. It is only an out of alignment moment, a step one moment. No big deal.

Be kind and gentle to yourself. Take a nap, eat something delicious, go see a movie, go for a run, have sex, have a massage, read a book – just do something that distracts yourself from the intensity of your specific negative thoughts. Find some way to go more general. And you will get back in eventually.

Just remeber to be gentle and kind to yourself, pamper and uplift yourself. You are worthy, you are valuable. But you can only see your beauty, your humor, your worthiness and your value from your aligned state. So, try to feel better in any way you can and do not beat up on yourself for being out of alignment. If you were constantly in alignment you would be dead. The whole point with life is to brows through the buffee of choices and contrast to come to new conclusions of what you desire. Just dont stay in step one too long, practice step three (allow) more often and you will thrive.
