It is not about what you eat or what you do – it is about how you feel! How do you feel about your body? When you feel ok about where you are, when you like your body and appreciate it for lots of different reasons that you can find right now – thats when you feel good, thats when you are allowing. You cannot look at something you do not want, talk about it or take action against it without activating the unwanted more and getting more of it. Give up your struggle against and start looking for things that you do like about yourself and your body and let that positive true appreciation be your dominant point of attention.
There are many people who eat the same things but get totally different results, who do the same type of actions but get totally different results. There are people thriving in their beautiful bodies eating lots of things you might deem unhealthy – it is not about what you eat. It is not about what you do. It is about what you believe and how you feel.
If you argue that, lets say carbs or sugar, certain foods are unhealthy – and you eat them anyway- you will get negative results. But, if you belive those foods are unhealthy so you eat other things instead – you still have resistace in your body because you cannot condem anything and thrive! Regardless if you eat it or not, take the action or not – you have to work on your beliefs. Find relief, go general.
I would like to end this with something wonderful Abraham Hicks once said; The question was “how damaging are tobacco and alcohol to our bodies?” And the answer was; On a scale of 1 to 100 where 100 being really bad and 1 being inconsequential to our health we would say alcohol, or tobacco – either one – would be about a 5. And guilt or any negative emotion would be about 99.
Make peace with your food, revel and take delight in what you eat and it will benefit you. Make peace with your body as it is – appreciate parts you like and relax, knowing that your body consists of billions of intelligent cells all capable of thriving at all times unless you get in their way with your resistant thoughts. That is it. Utter health on all aspects is what is natural to you – experincing anything less than a healthy thriving vital body is just your resistance showing up in all kinds of manifestational indicators of your vibration since you didnt listen to and care to improve the first indicator; your emotions – which you can do something about. Now.
Nothing is more important than that you feel good.
Even in the darkest of moments there is hope

When you feel really low, when everything feels awful and you just want to die because you feel so off; remember that no matter how awful it feels it is nothing but a moment of out of alignment. And that is painful. But you will get back into alignment again, sooner or later. Just stop being upset with yourself for having an out of alignment moment. It is ok. It is perfect. It is allright. It is only an out of alignment moment, a step one moment. No big deal.
Be kind and gentle to yourself. Take a nap, eat something delicious, go see a movie, go for a run, have sex, have a massage, read a book – just do something that distracts yourself from the intensity of your specific negative thoughts. Find some way to go more general. And you will get back in eventually.
Just remeber to be gentle and kind to yourself, pamper and uplift yourself. You are worthy, you are valuable. But you can only see your beauty, your humor, your worthiness and your value from your aligned state. So, try to feel better in any way you can and do not beat up on yourself for being out of alignment. If you were constantly in alignment you would be dead. The whole point with life is to brows through the buffee of choices and contrast to come to new conclusions of what you desire. Just dont stay in step one too long, practice step three (allow) more often and you will thrive.

Your work is to ignore the issue. Yes, that is right. The more attention you give to the problem the bigger and firmly placed it will be. So, what do you do? Do you talk about it with others? Do you keep charts of it? Do you read about it? Do you try to modify the situation with diets etc? When your focus is on the issue and you do things to improve the issue – your vibration is still around the issue which keeps it with you!
So yes, your work is to ignore the issue. But how do you consciously ignore something without giving attention to this thing that you are ignoring? Simple! You focus on other things! Focus on things that make you feel good! Enjoy your day, find pleasure and satisfaction in what you do, pamper yourself, go to the movies that make you feel good, eat what feels good for you to eat – just focus on stuff that makes you feel good!
It works! Why? Because when you no longer give attention to the issue the issue will no longer be a part of your vibration and in time the manifestational evidences will follow! Yes, it works!
I had a health issue that slowly began two years ago which resulted in me not being able to eat certain foods. It got worse and worse and i went to several doctors who told me i had to have a surgery or take medication – those were my only options according to them. It was a chronic condition according to them. What did i do? I said “thank you for your advice, but i’ll handle this on my own” (i said that in January this year) and then i withdrew my attention little by little from the issue and found pleasure in my days, enjoyed my days, laughed and had fun. It took some time and effort to ignore the issue since it was very visible but i succeeded and you know what! It worked! Now i can eat bread, cereals, rice, potatoes, pasta and such again which i have not been able to do for over a year now! Amazing! And i feel great! Lots of energy and eagerness! And so what is my next step? My work? To enjoy my now! To focus on what makes me feel good!
It is supposed to be fun and easy!

Anytime it isnt fun and easy you are out of alignment. “hard work” is only something you do from a misaligned state and it is not how it is supposed to be!
When you are aligned it doesnt feel like work – it is fun, easy, exciting, inspiring and you have a really good time no matter what you do! That is how it is supposed to be!
So, anytime it doesnt feel fun and easy – know that you are out of alignment but dont beat up on yourself or try to compensate your misalignment with action – just chill! Take a nap, eat something delicious, work out, go general in your head and just relax in the knowing that you will get back into alignment again, eventually. No big deal. It is supposed to be fun and easy – and you are supposed to feel really really good! That is who you really are, that is alignment!
Look for things that feel good and fun to you and enjoy them fully!

Be light-hearted! Say to yourself many times every day and really mean it: “I am just looking for fun!” And do that! Look for things that delight you and make you smile. Look for things that feel good and enjoy them fully! When you feel good you allow your wellbeing! When you feel good, no matter the reason, you allow the money you desire, the lover you desire, the house you desire, the vacation you desire, the vibrant health you desire, ALL things you desire to come into your experience! And all it took was for you to never mind what is not working and what is not here yet and find ways to feel good now anyway! Imagine that! Just look for fun! Just enjoy what feels good to you! Yes, that is the work! Feel good now!
How to get out of depression

When you are feeling depressed you are chronically choosing to thing thoughts of strong resistance. Depression is one of the strongest negative vibrations, as is fear and grief. This means that a person who is depressed has a strong desire about something and is currently choosing to think thoughts that are so far away from what their source knows to be true that they have gone against their own stream, sort paddling hard against a really strong fast moving stream. And yes, when you go upstream and you have strong desires and therefore a fast moving stream the stream will beat you up. And it will feel awful. So, how do you get out of a depressed state?
Firstly it can be soothing just to know that the reason it feels so wrong and pointless is all because of the resistant thoughts you are offering right now. It is not about what happened way back when etc, it is all about how you choose to think right now in this second. It is all about your focus right now. So, it isnt about what your parents did, what your friends did, what your lover did – it really is all about you. Remember that there are no victims, ever. Everyone gets exactly what they are offering vibrationally and they have complete control over how they vibrate. However, most people on the planet does not know that. They think stuff just happen because of destiny, fate, carma, luck, chance etc and they feel lack of control. Ofcourse lack of control can make you feel breathless with fear or numb with depression. And remember that it cannot feel that awful unless what YOU are thinking was not really far from what really is.
You see, here is the most important thing of all things: you do have complete control of what happens to you because it is all about your vibration! No one except you attract people, how they behave, experiences and how those experiences feel to you. It is all your doing! It is never about someone else doing anything to you, it is always because of how you think, how you vibrate. And that you have complete control of. You see once you are aware of your emotions and you know that feeling good means you are thinking thoughts that allow your wellbeing and when you feel bad you are resisting your wellbeing, you are going with your stream or against it depending on what you think – you are also aware of which thoughts that are in alignment with source and therefore beneficial for you to think and which arent. That is a gift!
It is all about your thoughts, the thoughts you choose to think, what you choose to focus upon. And yes, you do have a choice. Anytime you want to you can shift focus onto something that feels good. It is never too late to improve how you feel! But it does take a determination to care about yourself, to care about YOU feeling good more than anything else! Ignore all others – you are the most important thing in your life because only when you feel good do you allow your wellbeing, only when you feel good do you thrive in all ways possible and only when you feel good are you of real value to others.
It really is a decision. To stop “facing the facts” “looking at reality” “tell it like it is” etc and let the criteria for what you think, what you give your attention to, what you choose to say and what you choose to do be; does this feel good? Let feeling good be your guiding light! Follow what feels best to you, always move in the direction of what feels like relief to you.
Your lover, your body, your financial situation, your confidence and what ever it is that has made you feel so awful will morph into something deliciously good feeling, what you truly desire, once YOU get to a good feeling state and enjoy the fun you can find! Your job is to get happy in any way you can! Pamper yourself as much as possible! Eat something delicious and enjoy it fully, go get a massage, have some delicious sex, take a walk, listen to good feeling music, dance, do anything and everything to make yourself feel good! Never ever beat up on yourself or critizise yourself, ever! Your source never thinks a bad feeling thought about you ever! When you do, you feel awful. So stop it! You are worthy beyond your wildest dreams! But you need to feel good in order to really feel your own value. Be easy on yourself and have fun.

What do you feel like right now? Do you know that the way you feel right now is an indicator of what you are attracting more of? Do you know that the way you feel need not be dependant on what is? How so?
Well, most people feel good when they are well, when their lover is nice to them, when they have a pleasing job etc. That is great, if they feel good they will attract more things to feel good about. But what about if they get sick, if their lover isnt nice one day or if they dislike their job?
You see it is easy to feel good when everything is as you like it – but the real empowerment lies in not needing things to be a specific way in order for you to feel good. As an example, lets say you are sick. It feels uncomfortable and you know you really dont want to be sick. So here you have two options; option one is that you complain about it and feel bad. Option two is that you are hopeful, accepting this as a perfect indicator of your vibration. Yes, it is all you. Accept it and know that it is only a temporary indicator of your vibration. Period. Thats all it is. And you try to feel hopeful because it is all vibrational. The difference between these two approaches is the difference between recovery or not. How sick you are, how deadly or not it is, depends on how much resistance you have had in your vibration. Thats it. And it doesnt matter. Since it is all because of your vibration – and since you are the only one who vibrates for you – you can improve your vibration regardless what is and when you do you will first of all feel relief, you will feel good, and then the manifestation of wellbeing will follow.
It isnt about the illness, the misbehaving person, the boss or what ever you might credit your discomfort to. It is all you. No one else. It is your vibration. And how do you tell your vibration? You can do that in every second by asking yourself the question I asked in the beginning; How do you feel right now? That is all that matters.
Find relief everyday

Make an effort to look for relief in every day. Relief in your thinking and relief in the action you choose.
Whenever you feel slightly off in anyway, take the effort to go general in your mind. It is never about them, it is never about him or it or the condition – it is always and only about you. Everyone and everything around you are just exact reflections of your vibration. It isn’t about them. They are just letting you know what you are a vibratiobal match to right now. It doesn’t matter if you have an illness right now, a deadly illness or a cold, a hurtful person close to you or a loving person. What ever you experience is nothing more than a temporary reflection of your vibration. Nothing more.
So whether you are living the life you desire or not – it is all your doing. And you can be do and have exactly what you desire, no matter where you currently stand. It is all up to you. You have all the power needed. All it takes is an effort to reach for relief. When you feel jealousy creeping up from within, or that worrisome thought or that complaint – that’s you thinking resistant thoughts and you are attracting more things that will feel bad to you. Do not wait around for things to improve in order for your mood to improve – that is dependacy on circumstances which takes your power away. Take your power back by reaching for relief, regardless what is. Reach for the relief of a more general thought. Reach for relief in doing what feels best to you. Reach for relief by aligning with your decision, by aligning with what you do – that is allowing what you desire to come to you but most importantly you will feel good.
Make it your top priority to feel good. Make it your dominant intent to always reach for relief, reach for what feels better, look for the positive aspects, envision positive exciting outcome, fantasize about what you desire (which has already been created for you, waiting for you to become a vibrational match to it)
Yes you can have, be and do what you desire. It is all up to you, do you want to complain or appreciate? Do you want to worry or positively expect? The difference between these is the difference between recovery or not. Getting what you desire or not. Feeling good or not. Feel good is the answer.

When you feel negative emotion, no matter how valid you think you are in feeling that way, every second you spend feeling bad you are in a vibrational place where you hinder and block the wellbeing that you desire from coming to you. Every illness, no exception, is nothing but a stronger indicator of your vibrational discord. When you allow well-being you feel great, anything other than feeling good is your indicator of that you right now in the way you think hold resistant thoughts and your emotions indicate your allowing or resisting vibration.
Illness is nothing more than stronger indication. If you are sick in anyway it is an exact match to your vibration, every single time. And you can change that no matter what. You just have to stop resisting and become more allowing! And it is not necessarily big things you think of negatively that make you sick, it is usually something you do everyday – complaining about this and that, finding fault with this and that. So start by paying attention to how you feel, nothing is more important that that because you have that precise guidance within you. When you feel good – milk it!! Enjoy it!! When you feel bad, go more general in your thinking.
It isn’t about the action journey, it isn’t about what you eat or don’t eat, it isn’t about what you do or don’t do. It is all vibrational. It is all vibrational. And most importantly, it is all you. You are the only one who can vibrate for you. So if you are sick, or have something you don’t want or want something that you do not have – no matter what (physical condition, job, money, love etc) – it is all you. You vibrate and attract everything that you experience. It is all you and Yes you can do something about it!
You can be, do and have anything you desire. It is possible, it is all you. It is all vibrational.

What do I care what anyone else thinks! I am god, source, pure positive energy playing a game. My decisions are valid, I can decide perfectly what I desire. Only I can know what makes me feel good, and what feels good to me is good for me! Why would I ever care what anyone else thinks? That is just learned behaviour but I am god, I am source I am pure positive energy playing a game – we are all pure positive energy playing a game – it is right for each and everyone to sift through the smörgåsbord of life and come to individual preferences and desires, and it is perfectly brilliantly alright for each and everyone of us to decide to align with our desires, or not. It is an individual choice. We can all have exactly what we desire, no matter what. No one and nothing is holding it away from you, it is all your doing. You have the power to get everything you desire or not. Align or not. So what does it matter what others think? Not at all! They cannot create in your experience unless you give them, their beliefs and thoughts of you your attention. Now you are including that in your experience. But it is never them, it is always you – your focus, your attention.
We are all here for the fun of it. We are all here to have a magnificent time. We are pure positive energy beings, eternal. We are all powerful creators. It is all perfect. There is no death, only more. You are not physical or non-physical. You are both, at once. We are all non-physical projecting a small part of our consciousness into this life. For the fun of exploring contrast and giving birth to new desires. We are all god, we are all source, we are all pure positive energy playing a game. It is natural for you to feel really really good, and it is natural for you to get everything you desire.
