You attract to you a match to your vibration, and your vibration is affected by your focus/attention. So, it really makes no difference what so ever if what you are giving your attention to is what you are living or what you are visualizing. The law of attraction responds to your vibration – and does not care whether you are vibrating because of something you are imagening or something you are living. Now that is great! You can change your point of attraction anytime you want to! Dont use what is happening as your only excuse to vibrate – imagine, pretend, visualize and really take pleasure from it! What would it feel like to be confident? What would it feel like to be one of those sexy bikini-models? What would it feel like if you had that car? Etc. Play with it just for the delicious feelings you can feel in the visualizing.
You can also approach it in another way; focus on a feeling and think about what makes you feel like that. As an example; “fun” or “ease” and really think about how “fun” feels, what feels fun to you? That focus also affects your vibration. You just need to focus until you feel that good feeling emotion.
Never mind what is not working! Your attention affects your vibration so ignore what is not working, go general and reach for what feels good. Imagine more! Just for the pleasure of the moment!
Look for things that feel good and fun to you and enjoy them fully!

Be light-hearted! Say to yourself many times every day and really mean it: “I am just looking for fun!” And do that! Look for things that delight you and make you smile. Look for things that feel good and enjoy them fully! When you feel good you allow your wellbeing! When you feel good, no matter the reason, you allow the money you desire, the lover you desire, the house you desire, the vacation you desire, the vibrant health you desire, ALL things you desire to come into your experience! And all it took was for you to never mind what is not working and what is not here yet and find ways to feel good now anyway! Imagine that! Just look for fun! Just enjoy what feels good to you! Yes, that is the work! Feel good now!

Don’t be dependant on people to behave in a certain way in order for you to feel good – feel good anyway!
Don’t be dependant on things and circumstances to be in a certain way in order for you to feel good – feel good anyway!
Take what ever it is that is bothering you and imagine a happy outcome. Skip the “how” and the “when” and just imagine a happy outcome, how do you feel in that happy outcome? Let that vision bring you relief and joy. Nevermind what is, focus more on how you want it to be, the happy outcome.
Be kind and loving towards yourself, pamper yourself and uplift yourself in anyway you can! Know that it is alright for you to indulge in what ever it is you find pleasureable! Enjoy what makes you feel good.
Know that no one does anything to you ever. Ever! It is all you, you attract people and how they treat you and you attract circumstances by the way you vibrate – the way you think. That’s it. No one does anything to you, it is all you. How would you like it to be? What would you prefer? Imagine a happy outcome.
Remember that how you feel is the best most accurate guidance you have. Your emotions let you know what you are a vibrational match to, what you are attracting right now in this second. How you think right now is either allowing and attracting what you desire – if that is so you feel really good. Or you are thinking thoughts of resistance which prevents what you desire from coming to you and make you a vibrational match to what you do not desire – if that is so you feel bad, no matter how big or slight. If you feel bad in anyway, you are attracting unwamted. But relax. Just go general in your thinking, distract yourself in any way you can, imagine a happy outcome, how would you like to feel? 17 sec is all it takes to shift your vibration and law of attraction to begin responding to your new setpoint.
Yes, you can have it!

Know that what ever it is you want, you can have it! Yes, you can have that too! You are not the only exception in the entire universe! When you ask it is given. You can be, do and have anything you desire. All you have to do is chill, laugh, have fun, enjoy yourself, love, appreciate – in short; feel good. Thats it. That is the work! When you feel good you are open and allowing and what you desire is coming your way. When you feel less than good, what you desire is prevented from getting to you, by you.
Dont worry. Relax. What you desire is possible, when you ask it is given. Always and forever. Yes, you can have that too. Just get into an allowing mode. Get happy.
When you make it a non-issue it will go away

If you could just make that, yes that thing that you are so easily worried/jealous/fearful/upset/annoyed by, a non-issue for a while – it will go away! Do you know that it is your attention and focus on that thing that makes it come back again and again? Do you know that you do not have to talk about it? Do you know that talking about it, pointing it out and thinking about it actually makes it more?
So, make it a non-issue for a while! Nothing is more important than that you feel good. Do you feel good when you focus on that? If not, make it a non-issue, go general, find other things to focus on that do make you feel good. And no, you do not need to sort it out, there is no sorting out from a place of feeling bad. It only ties you tighter to this thing you do not want. Make it a non-issue and it will go away.

Imagine a happy outcome, and skip the “how” and the “when” and jump directly to imagine a happy outcome. Feel how that happy outcome feels. Bask in the delicious feelings. Keep that vision and ignore the reality and the evidence.
All you need to do is find a good feeling place about it and hold that feeling. Be patient and trust law of attraction to do its work. All you need to do is feel good and the manifestations will come that match those good feelings. It is not your job to figure out the how and the when. Relax, hold your vision of a happy outcome, appreciate and feel good about things and people you meet. Know that it is always just, it is always fair. Everything everyone lives is an exact match to what they themselves are vibrating. And everyone can change their vibration at any point, it is never too late. All is well.
Listen to what you and people say during an afternoon – do you notice allowing or resisting?

Everytime someone says no and expresses what he doesnt want he is resisting his stream of wellbeing. The never ending stream of wellbeing that is always flowing to you is allowed in to you or not – all depending upon you. No one else. You allow it in or not.
Be aware of what you are doing, listen to what you say and think. Just for fun, listen to the people around you for an afternoon. Are they allowing their wellbeing or not? Everytime you hear them say; “dont do that, I dont want you to get hurt, I dont want to be late, did you hear that awful thing on the news, I cant do that” etc. know that they are right now pinching themselves of from their stream of wellbeing.
When you are speaking what you do want and enjoy the feeling of that, you are in a state of allowing your wellbeing! Listen after that aswell! Do you hear people say; “oh i had such a good time, she is so sweet, i look forward to this and that, the best part of it was, what i like best about that is, wouldnt it be fun if, i feel so passionate about, i really like that, i enjoy that…” etc. then you know they are aligned.
Just listen to what you say during an afternoon, and what people around you say. Do you notice allowing or resisting?

You do not have to figure anything out or work on filling your grid – all you need to do is get happy! Look for fun now. Fun now. Fun now. Enjoy your now. Now is all there is and you are vibrating and attracting now. You do not have to sort old things out or understand the why or the how or the when – just let that go. Go general. How do you want to feel? Look for fun now!
How to go from a negative response to a good feeling one

If you are used to thinking lackful, fearful, jealous, insecure, and other kinds of resistant thoughts, that is the response you have most active within you. Law of attraction responds to your vibration – your thoughts – and brings you more like it which makes it easier for you to think and respond in that way to those kinds of situations. So yes, it is easier for you to respond in that resistant way again and again and again. How do you break that cycle?
First of all by not beating up on yourself for responding and thinking resistantly. Remember that you used to respond in this way for a long time without even being aware of the damage you were causing yourself. At least now you are consciously aware of how you choose to respond and think, you are consciously aware in each moment of your allowing or resistance. Now that is progress! Not many people on this earth know this and are aware of their vibration.
Secondly, say to yourself in a moment away from that situation; “ok, i know i dont want to react and think in that way because it feels awful, how do i want to feel in that situation?” And then move on to pondering how you want to feel ( stable, secure, confident, humorous, uplifting, enjoying etc). In this way you are going general and building an emotional grid regarding that situation and eventually you will begin responding differently when you are in a situation like that because you took the time to go general and build a new emotional grid for that situation.
Thirdly and lastly the more you practice the emotional grid the easier it will be. Remember that a belief you hold is nothing but a well-practised thought. Thinking your way into relief is possible but might be too specific at first so go general and feel your way into relief. How do you want to feel about that?
You might wonder, “but dont i have to work on improving my response, what i say and do and so on?” If it feels good to you to do so, do it, but it might be too specific. Follow your emotions. Go general first, how do you want to feel about it? And when you feel good follow your inspiration on what to say and what to do. Now it will not feel like “work” it will feel easy. Inspired action from a place of feeling good is the best most beneficial action.
